Rude and unprofessional cashiers

I have never seen so much disrespect from Cashier to Customer, I witnessed this at Super Spar Mthatha Sprigg Street a Cashier saying "Futsek uyadika" to a customer simply because she used 2 Debit cards to make a payment.

Appropriate training should be done on how to handle customers. It worries me on how the elderly and illiterate individuals are treated.
