Rude and unprofessional cashier

I went to SaveMor in Giyani to buy powdered soap and I saw an a special written buy 2kg omo auto washing powder and get 2kg hand washing powder for free

When I got to the till the lady was so rude, making ridiculous comments saying what I was saying was wrong it cannot be written like that ,until I asked her to go and check and she realised that what I told her was written as I have explained

She called someone to assist but the person did not come , she was still continuing to be talkative and being loud until I decided to go drive to town to Mopani Spar to buy the items I was looking for
