Rude and unpleasant cashier

Worst experience ever .. I went to Melville SPaR to pay my dstv account at around 6:15 on on 06/07/2019 cashier(Nonle) was horrible towards me firstly she did not greet secondly she entered my details wrong 2 times into the system than became annoyed with the fact that I had to repeat the acc details to her more than once. She than proceeded with the account entered the incorrect payment amount knowing the system doesn't allow for change to come from it.. She gave me a unpleasant stare when her superior came to assist her and asked me if it's okay for the wrong amount to be paid into the account I said no.. she looked at me as I was a piece of **** .. she did not apologise for the mistake that she made! She treated as if I'm at fault! her superior ended up giving me the correct Change I needed to get.. however superior did not apologise firstly for the mistake of her staff. She did not seem happy about the situation did not even apologize at all for inconvenience caused and making me feel like a child and she did not even appreciate my service by saying thank you after everything was done
