Rude and unhelpful staff!!

The following is the email sent to management at SPAR IN BREDELL.....

To Whom it may CONCERN, My name is Jason and I am a regular customer of yours, While I don’t believe in the notion that the customer is always right philosophy..... As I come from the retail & hoshen saw it was meant foe some type of spritzer drinkpitality management, as general manager in both industry’s. I walked in probably just over an hour ago from now, and I walked in to your coldroom, and looked around for black label beer in the longtom tins, and asked the merchandiser if there were any in stock, he said that they were sold out. I then proceeded to look around for a replacement & saw that the klidrift and cola longtom tins were displaying a price of R114.99, so I decided to take them. I then took them to the counter and the cashier scanned the barcode, and the price displayed as R154.99! I told her that that was not the price that was on the digital price label RIGHT UNDER the klipdrift and cola cans! She walked in front of me to the fridge, and then I went to the place they were and showed her the price, she looked at the label and looked for the description of item printed on the label. We both then saw the name of the item was some type of spritzer drink. We walked back to the her tillpoint, which is the furthest one from the entrance. She told the other female cashier that was sitting at her tillpoint, that the price WAS R114.99, and then told her it was for a spritzer drink, not the klipdrift and cola! She said this in her what I assume to be, native language. They both said something to each other, then she said the price I must pay is R154.99, so I told her that the price I see, I pay as it is in the NCPA! She argued with me about it and got rather rude with me, which has now prompted me to complain about the situation. Your staff are rude and show no interest in being courteous and friendly! Its disgusting...
