Rude and Uncouth service

I have been a loyal Spar customer for YEARS since I believed it was good for my family and I. Lately I have been supporting the Spar in Benoni, TOM JONES and have had horrible shopping experience from Smangele Khumalo a cashier, who told me to go to the next till since they are stilll busy and when I asked her why do you have two people doing the same job i.e packing one plastic bag, they started unpacking it just to annoy me, when I asked the other cashier could you kindly assist? she gazed at me Iike she'd seen a cat flying. I then demand assistant by telling them that you guys are not doing me a favour and asked for the manager. When the manager came, he just said just apologize so that these people can go. I was so shocked and told my self I will never ever set foot were I am treated like a second class citizen I was so embarrassed when I had to work out of the shop because the staff kept on laughing at me.
