Rude and ****** manager at SPAR Vredehoek

I ordered at Spar Vredehoek using Uber Eats and I specifically selected that I don’t want any substitutes for my items in case they are out of stock,but I got Plums instead of nectarines(mind you,I’m allergic to plums)and the g****s were missing from my order when it was delivered so i texted customer service on Uber and they said my order was not eligible for a refund so I had to contact the store.I called the store and was transferred to talk to the store manager OMG he was so rude to me and was he was yelling and didn’t even give me a chance to talk,he said that I should talk to Uber because that doesn’t concern him,and I was like but your store was the one packing,why couldn’t they just say that the items I wanted were out of stock instead of marking them as packed and he said to me that us black peoples always complain about everything.He was so rude and ****** and he hang up the phone while I was about to explain.I didn’t know that we still had ******s living among us and that’s not okay especially if you’re working in a big store and you work with people of all races!!!EFF has to intervene!!!!This is unacceptable!!!
