Rude and can't deliver on time!

On Monday the 22cd I placed a order for 30 cupcakes for my daughters birthday for the 24th. When I called them at 8:30 to hear if I could come and pick them up I spoke to a woman that works in the bakery and when I asked her if they were ready she put the phone down in my ear, I tried calling back 13 times but the phone was off the hook, so I knew that something was wrong. My husband and I then went there as I had to take the cupcakes by 9:30 to her school. When we got there they baker said oh we must wait they are still baking them they are not ready. He was very rude and could not give a hoot like it's not his problem. We stood waiting for 30 minutes and still after that the baker was rude to us! I got the cupcakes to the school late. I felt as if my blood was boiling!!!! They should have been done as I ordered them on the Monday and he told me when I spoke to them the Monday that don't worry Wednesday morning before 9 they will be ready to be picked up! I'm so angry and frustrated that they couldn't give a hoot and treating me with disrespect on top of that and a phone put down in my ear! Have never had such bad service from spar such as westwood spar!!!!!
