Rotten with 🐛 on the shelves for retail.why are we not given an option for sending pictures?

Spar in king fisher sells rotten food I have pictures to show people buying from that spar,food poisoning is real we need inspectors in action till today I don’t understand why the sandwich 🥪 i on the shelf for retail no
