Rotten pork sausages and pathetic service

I was so disappointed after purchasing everything required for a nice breakfast for my family on Friday afternoon from Kwikspar Tyger Manor and finding Saturday morning after wasting my time cooking the pork sausages that it was off! Had a terrible ammonia odor and was clearly inedible! What a waste of time and money not to mention the risks involved had one of the kids actually consumed the pork sausages! The sell by date was only the 24th of October 2015 and yet it was already off! I still have my till slip, packaging as well as the cooked rancid pork sausages. I have always recommended Spar as offering good quality and fresh products, but this incident has most certainly left a very bad taste in my mouth. <br> <br> I sent the above complaint to Spar customer care on the 26th of October 2015!!! My complaint was acknowledged and I was informed that I will be contacted, after informing them on the 4th of November that I haven't received any feedback I still haven't heard a thing from them. Not only as a customer, but as a Consumer Relations Officer who deals with complaints on a daily basis, I'm appalled at the level of service that I've received from Spar! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
