Rotten Meat with Green Magots inside

I am writing this with in frustration at recent bad customer service I had got from SPAR morningside The wedge,

I am writing this to inform you that, having paid I had received a hot cooked packet of chicken pieces after eating almost 90% of those pieces I found the most horrifying sights of magots crawling on the other piece of meat, the other magots I have observed were green and have died, indicating that this a form of Listerios, which eating rotten, unhealthy, unregulated Meat product, upon this discovery, I subsequently went to the above mentioned Spar, to lodge a grievance, to my amazement the Manager, (Morne -not sure of correct spelling), told me that he and his superiors said that thee is no problem with the meat even after I have shown them that meat with magots, they asked me what proof I have and when did I purchase the meat, the other assistant manager had the audacity to tell that the meat was cold suggesting that I had bought it earlier and insisted that I'm lying, I further on produced evidence of the contrary. They even treated me inhospitably, rudely, they were crassed and told me to wait for the manager to give me feedback which I didn’t get, they refused for me to Eben record the conversation as proof of interaction,

I work for a legal company and asked for advise, and I was advised that I should give you right of reply, so that you can attend to my issue, failing that I will lodge a formal complaint so that they can investigate your operational safety standards.

For me to satisfied I'd to be compensated for my pain and suffering, considering that they will medical expenses I will have to incurr for digesting rotten Magots.
