Rotten meat rude butchery manager

I have stopped buying meat from this establishment in September October this year. Reason being that meat always used to be off. As last resort I bought from the store on the 24th of December as my butchery was closed. The chicken I bought was a bulk bag a good choice at the time. How ever when I opened the bag on sunday to divide in bags the pack was rotten. I took it bag and was assisted helpful by the supervisor. She asked the butchery manager be called. He took the meat to the back, came back saying everything he put including the chicken was fresh on thursday late as it came from germiston. I showed out that this was bought at 8h55 in the morning. The way I tried to explain the fridges temp that day was 15.1 and the lady who was packing the mince even said they fridge is either defrosted or something she does not know.i told her if it is off I am bringing it back, he refused to listen and insinuated that I am not taking the truth. I am a very very very loyal customer to speak, but this is most certainly the worst ever experience I have had.
