Rotten Meat at spar block Ff. Health and safety not taken into consideration

I bought ox liver at spar soshanguve block Ff 286 shop 114 block Ff. And it looked like it was OK since the was no bad smell when it was cooked. But the problem is when we ate it it had a bad taste. And it caused me food poisoning and a bad running stomach for 2 days. I bought it on the 25/11/2023 and returned it on the 27/11/2023 and I was refunded with no problems because I had the remaining uncooked ox liver. I went back on the 02/12/2023 I asked the lady at the butchery if the beef mince is not spoiled? She said it was not spoiled. I proceeded to explain it her about my last incident with the oc liver. I went home and cooked the beef mince because it looked fresh and had no bad smell when I was cooking it. But when we ate it was spoiled and had a bad taste. We had to trough it away. Now am experiencing blotting and am scared that I might experience that painful stomach ache and running stomach. I feel like spar soshanguve block Ff is affected by this loadshedding and their back up generator is not working properly. So the food is affected because also of this heatwave.
