Rotten meat at KWIKSPAR Arcadia

The KWIKSPAR at Arcadia has a problem. I have bought meat only to find out when I get home it spells bad and it is rotten, I once bought pork and it smelled horrible. And today I bought chicken gizzards and had to throw it away. That spar needs to check expiration dates on food there.
