Rotten meat and rotten attitude

Firstly I would like to mention that apart from the chicken wings that I bought today, that smelled and were slimy, this is the 3rd time in less than 6 months that I have purchased rotten meat product from this Karenglen Super Spar outlet.<br> <br> Secondly, the manner in which the complaint was dealt with was appalling. Firstly it took forever to locate a supervisor. She did not even look at me, or take the time to hear my story, but just spoke to the poor cashier and rudely told me/her to go to the butchery.<br> <br> Same story here, looked at me like I was crazy, did not even open the packet, and send me back to the cashier for a refund. <br> <br> I asked to speak to a manager, again the supervisor lady did not acknowledge me, and told the cashier to call the manager/owner.<br> <br> His responds to my complaint about his staff and product was laughter. I took my money and got out of there.<br> <br> I have always supported Spar, across Johannesburg. But find that more of this no-care attitude is popping up in all your stores. I will not be supporting your business any longer.<br> <br>
