Rotten meat

We bought meat from Spar about a week ago. We live about 35 km from town and when we got home we discovered that the meat were rotten. I immediately went onto Spar’s website and made a complaint. I even added the barcode and expiry date onto my post. It is a week later and up to now Spar havent even rep**** to my complaint. I think they are definitately taking their customers for granted. I will not buy meat at Monument Spar again. Today I visited Pick n Pay at the North Cape Mall and was very much impressed.
