Rotten food with ****roaches

This store should be closed down, it’s dragging spar’s name into the mud, about a month ago a bought fries at this store and they were very old it was like they were a week or so old, I returned them and got my money back no apology whatsoever, yesterday I went there again and bought stairfry with spaghetti, I had only a few s****s and discovered a ****roach inside, I got disgusted to a point of me vomiting, this morning I went back to report this but was told the manager is not available and some lady was in charge, she was operating a till with only two people in the que and was promised she would attend to us after those two, the que increased and this lady continued working, I eventually had to leave. I am going to report this to the regulator as this store is not taking hygiene into consideration, with lesteriosis making rounds all over the country one would expect spar to be hyginically intact. It is clear that this spar is does not take us as customers serious I mean we pay for a service but the staff is failing to service.
