Rotten food served as fresh

I bought tripe on the 08/01/18 and after i ate about a 1/4 i realised that it was off. Numerous other people had bought it and i went back to the store. I wasn't even given a formal apology just a refund and that was it. I got the sense that they are used to such situations and they did not panic at all. I spent the whole night sick with an upset stomach amd vomitting. This is unacceptable and it is risky to people help.
