Rotten Food and poor Management

i bought a back of frozen peas this afternoon at SPAR in Lime Acres Northern Cape when i opened it it was rotten you could smell it as you walked into my kitchen even my kids said the stuffis rotten this is not the first time i bought food from them the chicken also smelled funny twice when i bought it. the Manager at spar does not do anything if you wanna change it they bribe you with a cake or the manager is not their or he is out doing something else and if you do speak to him he "cant " understand Afrikaans all of a sudden but he speaks it this Spar is really pathetic their fridges were the frozen food n=must go are always broken the vegetables that are suppose to be fresh are not they are old and rotten most of the time you are actually to scared to buy anthing from them cause you might get food poisoning. i beg you can someone please do something about them.
