rotten food and bad customer service

I bought breakfast in the morning only to find that it was rotten I took it back on my lunch time which I was made to wait for over 39 minutes. When I finally approached the manager seeing that I'm not attended he also left me with the cashier for about 10min claiming to go look for his manager. He came back with another white guy who was very rude proudly telling us that I'm not special nor the first client to report spar they must just give me a box of chocolates n refund my money. I'm,very disappointed at a level of service from the senior if the store. I was expecting a better service from him instead he was pathetic n abusive towards me as he grabbed the breakfast saying he's demolishing evidence. I still have photos of rotten breakfast n it's still in my car.,can someone deal with this store as this kind of service is totally unacceptable.
