ROTTEN CHICKEN AT SPAR

ROTTEN CHICKEN: This is the 4th time that we have purchased chicken from this particular spar and when opening the packaging, the smell of rotten meat immediately filled the air. <br> <br> We have returned the meat all 4 times and this last time we requested that we have the money returned without even considering taking other meat. Not only is this shocking customer service, but an extremely serious health risk which actually puts their customers in danger.<br> <br> I would like to understand what exactly will be done to prevent this from happening in future. It is just absolutely inexcusable.
