Rotten chicken

I bought chicken at Superspar Brighton Square in Kraaifontein. The chicken was rotten and i informed their H/O on 24 January 2022. They responded and said Spar Brighton will get back to me within 3 days. It is almost a month now and i am still waiting. This is the second time that this is happening. .
