Rosebank mall SPAR bad service

I went to spar rosebank mall to buy food and the staff were busy having their own conversation at the cafeteria, when they finally attended me they wrapped the food so horribly that it spilt all over my top. All I got was a "sorry" the staff are so rude and ill mannered
