****roach in spar bread

We run a Tuck shop at a high school and always order 15 to 30 loafs of freshly baked spar bread everyday. Today one of my customers found a ****roach baked in the bread causing me to lose I went back to spar to complain they tried to bribe me with loafs of bread without an apology or a letter
