Roach found at Spa bakery

Spar supermarket at Pretoria west on the 10th of February 2025 I went to get cake for my daughter and when we took a box to place the cake we found a dead roach in the box when I voiced out to Jacques the manager he was totally rude and not phased out by the situation no solution or empathy was shown my question is how many roaches 🪳 have we eaten from that spar supermarket he didn’t even try to compensate us for our encounter is health rules even practiced in the store?
