RIDICULOUSLY & UNBELIEVABLY STUPID!!!!!

If I didn't HAVE to give Spar a star, I wouldn't have. I have a PnP loyalty card, that I am using at ALL and ANY PnP, no matter where I am. On 14 Feb 2021, I went to Thabazimbi and visited the Spar there. I was offered a loyalty card at the till, which I accepted. Two days ago, I wanted to use my loyalty card at the Spar in Yellowwood Park, Rustenburg, but it didn't work. Now I found out from someone who answered phone at Spar Head Office, that I can ONLY use this card, at the store I got it from. How f@#$%n stupid is that?!!! Why don't they issue loyalty cards, that can be used at any Spar, country wide? I am SERIOUSLY considering NEVER to support ANY Spar outlet again.

I would have liked to have this review sent to Spar Head Office, but they don't provide their email address on their website. (I therefore don't know what it is.) Instead, they want visitors to the site, to populate their own contact information, so they come back to us and I am not interested in that.
