Ridiculous Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated and irritated with my experiences at your store due to two specific issues that have repeatedly caused me distress.

Firstly, I am treated like a potential ***** just for carrying a Spar shopping bag into your store. This is not only insulting but also inconvenient, as I am expected to leave my bag outside. Customers should not be subjected to such treatment when they come to shop at your establishment.

Secondly, your store's invented rules regarding toddlers are entirely unreasonable, and what's worse, there are no signs informing customers about this policy. As a single father, it is outrageous to expect me to leave my child with security in today's unsafe world. Your policy creates unnecessary difficulties for parents like me who need to shop with their children. It is extremely frustrating to be consistently stopped by security and subjected to these arbitrary and ill-conceived rules.

There is no law preventing children from entering a liquor store; the legislation only prohibits under 18s from buying alcohol. My 6-year-old is not going to purchase alcohol while in my presence, and your store's policy is both senseless and infuriating.

I feel that you seriously reconsider these absurd rules and make your store more customer-friendly. Address the issue with the Spar shopping bags, revise your policy concerning children in the store, and display clear signage about your policies.
