reward card drama

<p>I went to SPAR with my friend, my friend bought her staff first and she was asked about the reward card and she didnt have it so I was like "hey friend use mine because I need those points", the casheir refused all of that saying its not acceptable then when we asked her why she proceded to call her superior saying thats what she was told to do, this guy comes up to us and when we ask him he is telling us the same thing, just their management told them that is not accepted, my thing is with you guys I believe that is my friends money coz those points come from her spending money at your store and what she does with it has nothing to do with you, she gave me her permission to use my card and you defied her off her rights that is not okay, its our money what we do with it has nothing to do with you</p>
