Reviewing Spar as an old employee.

Straight out of Matric I began as a relief worker for staff members in management positions, cash office, Admin and more. Great opportunity to grow in the company. There is constant on site training/learning opportunities, the more persistent you are to be experienced and knowledgeable in every aspect of the company makes the chance to be promoted even greater and presents you as an irreplaceable valuable member. Do not mistake a bad spar for a bad spar but a potentially good spar with a bad manager. They can make or break the spirits of the shop and its staff. That is the problem. They do not always hire the best people for the job but the most preferable colours for the job which are usually not the best.
