Returned a cattle after its stopped working to the store, and i am still waiting for a miracl to fall from the sky to get a response from the Store

bought a cattle from Spar sea point of the Value of R699 , 3 weeks later the Cattle is not Working, i toke it back to the Store with my Slip of Purchase and spoke with the manager on DUTIES who toke the cattle and told me that he will contact the company and get back to me, it has been almost 2month didn't hear anything from any party. I have been great client to SPAR for many years, i get my groceries on the weekly base from them spending roughly about R2.5k to R3k a week now i feel that SPAR DONT GIVE A **** about they client., AND I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. Now i will advise my friends and family to never shop there again. i'll rather go to shop right than supporting SPAR.
