Replacing dates of expired bakery items

The Spar from Balfour, Mpumalanga changes dates on cakes and bakery items and puts new ones instead of reducing the prices like all other Spars. The cake will be written that it was made yesterday only to find that the sponge is hard as a rock.

I'd like Spar to call them and tell them what they doing is wrong and being greedy.
