Renovatiobs whilst Spar is open for business

I have just been to Robindale Spar. This shop has done major renovations whilst remaining open. I was just shocked at what I saw now - a building contract worker is hammering out a wall near the tills, sending dust over everything. There are exposed electrical pipes. Surely there are health regulations not permitting this. This is a food store. The public should not be exposed to electrical wires in such a way and dust all over food.
