Removing Posts and Ignoring the community

Lyndhurst Spar is selling fireworks, when I tried to address it with them on their Facebook page, my comment was removed and I was blocked from the page. Please see below my post. I don't think this is an acceptable way of handling customer concerns.

"Generally a really great spar. Unfortunately selling fireworks, seems like an unnecessary thing for Spar to be involved in. You are selling in a residential area it seems unrealistic to believe people are going to drive to the outskirts of the city to use them - In fact, they were already going off last night, a block away from the Spar complex, a week before New Year's Eve. A chain like Spar selling fireworks advocates the use of them at any time in any place, it's highly irresponsible. While I don't suspect this will change anything, I'm interested in your justifications on the matter. What I've seen so far is that Spar Lyndhurst is denying any responsibility except for their advocation for safe use in designated areas, which as I've pointed out, is already not being practiced."
