Refused transactions and was humiliated

Yesterday my brother and I went to Andrew's Spar, Empangeni to buy some groceries for the house.<br> <br> Upon arival at the till the cashier refused transaction, stating that my brother's bank card cannot be swiped as it has a chip (the card works, some machines dont pick up the chip so other stores like Checkers do not have a problem checking the card for being legit, and they do swipe it after checking authentication), and indirectly stated at us being ********, to which I ended up calling for the manager, and she also had the same useless excuse and did not even bother checking for the card's authenticity.<br> <br> We ended up being humiliated in front of a dozen other people and had to leave.<br> Well done Andrew's Spar. you lost a old customer.
