Refused to turn product

Yesterday (2024/06/19), I went to a SuperSpar at Thembisa Mall to seek for light bulbs, and I purchased three flash light bulbs for R70 each. Problem began when I arrived home and plugged in one light bulb, which I discovered was not very bright considering that I was using it outside the house.

So today, 2024/06/20, I went back to the store to return or swap them for something that would work for me, but I was told that they do not replace light bulbs since people switch light bulbs. I don't comprehend the notion and don't think it's valid because there isn't even one notification informing us as consumers of a no-return policy.

Another question I had was whether this applies to all SuperSpars or just those in Thembisa, where people are known to be *******.

I understand that your store has specific refund policies, and I appreciate your commitment to maintaining quality standards. However, given the circumstances, I believe a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

If a refund is not possible, I would appreciate any alternative solutions you can offer, such as store credit or an exchange for a different product. I value your customer service and hope we can find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
