Refuse to refund expired product

<p>I bought a lunchbar today on 16/04/2017 only to find out that it was expired after I opened shared a piece with a friend and eat it. She I returned it I was told I can't get my money back because it is opened n halved. I've returned the rotten food from deli at least 3 times at the same spar. The floor manager said I always return food and he will never do refund for me again. I work at a nearby spar and most of my colleagues have a problem with the staff this is off especially food and yoghurt</p>
