Refuse exchange refund

We buy according to our loyalty cards from Acres Spar at Greenacres Port Elizabeth about more than R3500 on average per month. Just this once we lost a slip where we wanted to exchange a faulty girls spray where the manager refused to exchange it knowing we shop at that Spar every single day Monday to Monday, I find this rather disgusting giving so much of business to Spar and this over a slip which we accidentally lost. In any rate I have bought another spray and have my daughter test it in the shop. The faulty one I left at the shop.<br> Spar we are loyal to you with thousands of Rands and you don't show any appreciation for our business for an item of just R26 plus my fuel and effort to get to the shop.
