Refusal of exchange at the tillpoint

<p>This incident occured at SPAR TOPS Fontana Lambton on the 15th of September 2016. </p> <p>The name of the manager is Micheal and the store phone number is ***</p> <p>My mother went to buy 6 savannah 440ml for R90 then she saw an advert saying a 500ml was R79, she tried to exchange to get the special but the cashier refused .</p> <p>We honestly dont know what type of store policy this is , because to our knowledge a customer is allowed an exchanged or refund when requesting one.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
