Refund still not paid - imagine if you had a claim

I trust you are well

Just a little something about king price I had king price for over 3 years and paid them well over R30000 last week I called to cancel as I sold my car and no longer need of their services

However up to date still no refund paid to me from King price all I am told is that is takes a few days to refund after calling and finding out yet when you add anything on your policy they are fast to debit your account

Fast to take their money however to pay back they will take their time or not even pay what is due to you

I am actually glad this happen as I know now that I will never use them again because if they can't pay a few rands over imagine what would have happened if I had a claim they wouldn't have paid

KING PRICE all I want is my refund and for you to cancel my current insurance with your company so I can move on with my life and find a better Company
