Refund

I was at Randfontein Spar 06 October 2025 at 12h42 to do Grocery then I ask R1097.00 at till 004 and it decline then we tried again over 4 times, and it still declined. I left the shop without my money when I was in the taxi I get bank notification that money has been withdrawn and when I went back they gave me rude attitude saying I should wait for 72hours it will be back on my bank account but my bank statement said it was withdrawn at Randfontein Spar till 004 still they said it's not they fault but I didn't get my money that I requested from them my bank statement proves that money was withdrawn at Randfontein Spar. Can you please help me to get my money back.
