Refund

I bought groceries at the midrand superspar on the 3rd of may 2024 using the spar app I had selected the alternative button should the items I ordered be out of stock then an alternative will do, I get a call from spar from a lady called Langelihle telling me some of the items are out of stock at this point I'm annoyed because I had made it clear that should the items be out of stock shop for an alternative for the same price, she gives me options and I was cool with the options and then she mumbles something along the lines that it's no longer allowed to shop for alternatives and I say okay. All I need at this point is my refund for the items that were out of stock two days later and Spar hasnt said a thing about my money is crazy business
