Red guard security company ******

On the 25th of December 2022 I went to spar new rest at Ngcobo in Eastern Cape the security guard refused me to leave with my parcel after I paid just because he wanted the receipt from the till even when I showed him eft deduction he took my parcel and I want my refund from the company and spar of R1 379.40. And now they still have my parcel and the money now the items I was buying was for an emergency overnight which it never served the purpose. Can they refund me my money since the stock is still with them.
