RE: POOR SERVICE BY THE SUPERVISOR

I was at Spar Bloed Mall, I was buying the combo deals for R99. It didn't subtract as it supposed to do. The cashier called the supervisor- Mmapule to void. She did nothing instead she instructed the cashier to go downstairs I don't know to do what, he went 2 times without help, I changed tills 3 times without help. All the time the supervisor was voiding the purchase, didn't even try to explain what is happening and apparently the shop was aware of the problem as one cashier told the who was assisting me that the problem is known. If, why were they not helping me? Tshegofatso did her best and they were tilled manually. The Mmapule was shouting to Tshego in front of everyone, which I think it was unprofessional. The other guy even asked me how come am I smiling when I was going out as I was in the shop for a long time.
