Rats in the shop

On Thursday (1 April 2024) I went to the store to buy a cake as it was my birthday, upon my arrival as I was walking through the shop, I saw two rats and I kindly requested the manager. The manager (Rose) came and I asked her if she was aware that they are rats in the shop and she just gave me an attitude. Does the health inspector aware that the are rats? Are they customer aware as well and how safe is the food?
