Rascouw from Daku Spar was very rude, shouting and unhelpful

I passed by Daku Spar Yesterday to buy some stuff, on the list I had a Sheep head that cost R60. When I got home after a couple of hours the sheep head was rotten smelling. So this morning I called Daku Spar and I spoke to Rascouw who was very rude and shouting; apparently, he is a manager there. He demanded that I should spend R80 to go there and fetch my refund of R60 because I stay far away. Whenever I want, whenever it suits me he does not care. I still want my R60 Either way Spar should make a plan not me. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!
