On the 8th July 2015 when i was sitting in my car at the parking lot at Spar Vaal park, we saw a man (African) running towards the parking lot, he was chased by 5 staff members including the manager from spar, the man was beaten up by the 5 white staff members , we ran out of the car to find out why they where beating up this man, they manger rep**** \ this black man stole in my shop"that was his words. we called the police which they took long to respond. while we were busy on the phone"
