Umdloti Spar- on Saturday 28/12 we visited Spar and arrived at 19:48 & the security advised us it was closed even though their trading hrs are list as closing at 20:00 & we begged him nicely to let us in. There were 3 of us and for this review, we were all black. 3 white ladies pulled up and we told them is was closed, they walked up to the security and he opened for them. To our disgust and amazement we walked back and he **** and said those ladies worked there. Anyway, Santha the manager came to the door and shouted at us without under standing the story only after we insisted on telling her what happened did she apologise. That behaviour is unacceptable by your staff and action should be taken.
