Racially profiled and poor Service

I am writing this today to express my deepest regret and unhappiness with the service by the security at on the (date) at Spar Goldman. As I was about to leave I see the security guard walk up to me and my family to inspect my trolley. This is before they let other customers leave and don't check they trolleys. He roughly and almost rushing through my stuff, unpacks my groceries with sonme of things unpack as is and drops it as well. I do not recall an apology also. That is unhygienic for him to be touching my food like that and incredibly rude and he didn't give me an explanation why he did that to me. I was racially profiled by the security guard

I am not satisfied with what happened at all.
