Racial profiling at Spar supermarket

On the 16/06/2019 I went to Spar, South Gate shopping centre, PMB. I had just purchased a can of paint and paintbrush from build it. As I pushed the trolley into the shop, I heard a security shouting, “hey you, Hey you, what do you have in that plastic” I had to go back to them at the entrance, straight he takes my plastic opens it and say Oh it staff from build it, let me tie a knot on so it is closed. I ask, why am I going to ***** and throw in this plastic, he says no it the instruction he was given to tie a knot on my plastic. I asked for the manager so that he can explain if I look like I am coming to ***** and how do they decide whose plastic to tie since there is no dedicated person sitting on the shop entrance. When I explained to the manager, that I am not happy of being targeted at random and be treated like a ***** with no proof. He was not worried instead; he said feels sorry that I feel as if I was targeted. But he could not show me a point where incoming bags or plastics are checked regularly. And he was not worried about my humiliation at their shop. Listen Spar, yes, I am black, and my shoes were dirty because I was renovating my house but I am not a *****. I regret for all the money I have spent at your shop.
