Queenswood SPAR pathetic!

6th time in the last few months I have tried to withdraw money from the Queenswood Spar teller, always with the same story, there is no money! Spar Queenswood is taking in thousands per day, even more so during the Festive season and yet between approx 12 till points they do not even have R1000 cash between them!! Shocking service, pathetic excuses. Manager says everyone is paying with cards and they need the cash to give the customers change. So if everyone is paying with cards, why are earth are you giving change??? My husband tried to withdraw R400 two days ago and was given the same excuse. It is 20th century, Banks encourage clients to withdraw from retail outlets and not ATM's surely SPAR can have the common sense for forth thinking to have cash available for their customers! Tired of the pathetic service and Managers at Queenswood SPAR! Something is up here.....
