Put Off by Revamped store by Coffee section assistant

<p>I had recently went Moreleta Spar. </p> <p>Looking good after the upgrades.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a coffee ***** I was intrigued with new section ... I spoke to the person attending the section, Sussie, and was looked at. I was not greated but she listened to what I asked but I got a short off response with a clear tone of rudeness that body mannerism reflecting that I was bothering her with no other customers being served. Confused at this uncalled for illmannered approach I simply just walked away. I'll get coffee elsewhere.... and drove to the awesome Caltex in Garfontein for Seattle Coffee. </p> <p>(Starbucks is overpriced)</p> <p> </p> <p>So needless to say this section might be a white elephant with this approach and may affect the entire store's business. I am not returning as I have even noticed that this centre's Spar Pharmacy has an apparent additional mark up on medication which other pharmacies have at exactly the same price (Clicks, Dischem, Van Heerdens and the 'old school' pharmacy approach of Mooikloof's RingPharm ).</p> <p>The Top at Spar ... smells like it needs a good clean after a good evening party a month ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps fairness and investing in new training for staff will match the shiny new light fittings. Pity the brand upgrade to the grocery store actually made the Spar Pharmacy and Tops at Spar to be even less appealing to walk-in to.</p>
